Keeping it clean
Top the water up every day, change the filter and clean the pump as the fountain's instructions say, and never let the pump run dry.
Fresh water on a timer
- Set the amount: 80, 100 or 120 ml of fresh water each time.
- Set the interval: every 3, 4 or 6 hours.
- Two tanks: a clear 3 L tank for clean water and a separate tank below the bowl for used water.
- Stainless steel bowl: 14 x 9 cm, it tips to empty and refills.
- Cordless: a built-in 2000 mAh battery, charged by USB in about 4 hours (supplier-stated).
The maker gives a battery life of up to 180 days on a full charge at four refills a day (supplier-stated); more refills a day empty it sooner. The waste tank needs emptying regularly, and the dispenser needs a little assembly when it arrives. It stands 30 cm wide, 21.5 cm deep and 25 cm high.

Care and cleaning
Empty the waste tank regularly, before it fills. The bowl and the tanks come off for washing (supplier-stated); rinse them with warm water and let them dry. Keep the main unit with the battery and controls out of water.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need a filter? No. Used water tips into its own tank instead of being pumped round again, so there is no filter to buy.
How is it powered? By its built-in battery, charged with the USB cable in the box; it does not need to stay plugged in.
