How to measure your pet
Measure the back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, the chest girth round the widest part of the ribcage and the neck girth. The chest girth decides the size; the back length may be a little shorter than your measurement.
A padded four-leg suit with its own harness
- Harness on the coat: two straps cross the chest and close with a quick-release buckle, so no separate harness is needed.
- Two D-rings: alloy rings on the back take the lead clip (supplier-stated).
- Back zip: the suit opens along the back, and padding behind the zip keeps it off the fur (supplier-stated).
- Covered legs: all four legs are padded and finish in knitted rib cuffs that stay in place.
- Three layers: a water-resistant outer fabric, a padded middle and a soft inner lining (supplier-stated).
Sizes run S, M, L, XL and 2XL, and these letters are the maker's own. The maker sells the coat for small and medium dogs. The harness straps carry printed white lettering, as the photos show.

The coat comes in the maker's letter sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL, from smallest to largest. The maker gives these letters without centimetre measurements, so we publish none against them.

Do I need a separate harness? No. The harness comes fitted on the coat: clip the lead to the two D-rings on the back.
Is it waterproof? The outer fabric is water-resistant (supplier-stated), which suits snow and damp days. It is a padded winter coat, not a sealed rain shell.
How does it go on? Step your dog's legs into the suit, close the zip along the back, then fasten the chest strap with its buckle.
