Keeping it clean
Top the water up every day, change the filter and clean the pump as the fountain's instructions say, and never let the pump run dry.
Three ways to run it
- Motion sensor: the water flows when a pet comes near.
- Timed: the pump runs on a timer.
- Continuous: the water flows for 30 minutes at a time.
- Water-level window: a lit window on the front shows how much is left.
- Low-water cut-off: the pump switches off when the water runs low (supplier-stated).
The 4000 mAh battery lasts 40 to 60 days between charges, depending on the mode (supplier-stated), and charges with the USB-C cable in the box. The power adapter supplied has a UK plug; elsewhere, any USB charger will do. It needs a little assembly: the pump, the filter and the control module fit into the tank.

Care and cleaning
Top the water up before it reaches the bottom of the window. Change the filter and clean the pump with the brush as the instructions say, and wash the steel tray and the tank with warm water. Keep the control module and its charging port dry.
