Choosing the right size
Measure your dog lying stretched out, from nose to the base of the tail, and add 15 to 20 cm (6–8″). Compare that with the bed's inner dimensions, not the outer ones. A dog that sleeps curled up can take a bed one size smaller; a dog that leans on the raised edge needs the full length.
A covered bed that holds its shape
- Hooded cave: a rounded, enclosed shape with one entrance, for pets that like to curl up out of sight.
- Fluffy trim: long plush round the entrance, and a plush lining inside.
- Foam walls: fabric over foam, so the cave stands up on its own.
- Top loop: a fabric loop on top to lift and move the bed.
Choose the size by your pet's weight and length: M measures 40 x 33 x 30 cm and suits pets up to 5 kg, L measures 45 x 40 x 33 cm and suits pets up to 10 kg (supplier-stated). Measurements are taken by hand, so allow a centimetre or so either way.

Shake the bed out and brush loose hair from the plush regularly, so the trim stays soft and full.

Is it for dogs or cats? Both. It is made for small dogs and cats that like a covered bed, up to 10 kg in the L size (supplier-stated).
Which size should I choose? Go by weight first: M for pets up to 5 kg, L for pets up to 10 kg. A pet that lies stretched out needs the length to fit as well, so compare it with 40 or 45 cm.
Will it stay upright? Yes. The walls are fabric over foam, so the cave stands on its own without a frame.
